Shouldn't you acknowledge that you can't sell your "product" to anyone?So even now that you're famous, you can still drive your children to school.Perhaps you want to look on Ravelry.com (groups/designers/unauthorised use)and see the reaction to your actions there. Not a lot of positive responses to what you have done. You can block all the negative comments on your blog if you want but the word is out. Best to 'fess up now or it will just come back to haunt you.
The person who wrote the above comment is wrong. According to U.S. law, it is well within FFM's rights to sell gloves she has knit using the pattern which she legally acquired. There is nothing in U.S. law which prohibits it.The person who wrote the above comment, in addition to being clueless with regard to law, also happens to be an ass. That is all.
